Pics from Parrot Cay…

My week spent nursing aches and pains, and a liver punished by the twin evils of T & T, (Tequila and Tecate…!!) is now at an end…

I spent most of my days relaxing and planning for the next leg of my ride… For the most part, my camera was left untroubled, but I did manage to capture a few photos to remind me of my short stay with Patricia…

Sunset on Parrot Cay… The weather has not been as pleasant as we would have liked… Cloudy conditions were the norm, but still made for interesting skies…

On Patricia’s day off, we traveled to Provo to visit the Amanyara Resort, where we enjoyed a Thai Massage at their Spa…

Of course there was exercise involved…!! Besides the occasional visit to the yoga pavilion, we cycled , walked and swam…

At the un-Godly hour of 6.15 am this morning, I accompanied Patricia on the first leg of her short visit to New York, where she would be spending time making arrangements for that special occasion in September…

After a quick goodbye, I watched as the mini-bus left Leeward Dock to take her to the airport… I smiled as I realised that the next time we met, would be a week before our marriage ceremony took place, and after that, I hoped we would never spend so much time apart, again…

This time it’s a sunrise over Parrot Cay…

Later today, I will fly back to Phoenix to collect the Big Fella, and on Wednesday begin the ride to Alaska, visiting as many points of interest as I am able to squeeze in…!!

I am looking forward to seeing the Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam and Las Vegas, Death Valley, the Californian Coast and Big Sur, and riding across the Golden Gate Bridge, amongst others…!!

Hang on to your hats…!!
