Just got a little ahead of myself…!!

I am in the process of completing a few postings on what went before I kissed the tar in Bajawa…!! Judging by the activity on my website yesterday, you all enjoyed seeing me “man down”…!! Ha…!!

You can now read all about “The Long Haul to Bima… Parts 1, 2 and 3”… (Told you it was long…!!)

There is also another on my trip to Lubuanbadjo in Flores, (Loaded… Click here…!!) and my rendezvous with a few fairly large lizards…!! (Check it out here…!!)

These I will load in the next few days, internet willing…!! Insh’Allah…!!

Not your average lizard...!!

I have ridden and sailed over 1 200 km since leaving Ubud in Bali and can safely say that I am “back in riding mode”…!!

A little bruised and battered, not to mention bewildered, after my "fall" the previous day, I still managed to drag myself and the Big Fella up to Kelimutu Volcano yesterday...!!

Tomorrow I have another long ride to Larantuka on the far eastern shores of Flores… I am reliably told that the 300 km will take me about 7 hours…!! We’ll just have to see about that…!!

Then a 19 hour ferry ride to Kupang in West Timor… After that, a ride to the East Timor border (which I don’t want to even think about right now), to reach the 80th country on my journey and bring the curtain down on the Asian leg of my World Tour…

Stay tuned…!!
