Bribe or Bangkok…??

It would seem that in order to get my bike out of Customs, I have to lay some money on, or should I say, “under”, the table…

Well…. I’m not prepared to do that…!! I have already spent over $3 000.00 up to this point and I now have to play the “Enough is Enough” card…!!

I have spent three days staring at the wall in my hotel room while I wait for some idiot in Customs to do his job…

From the looks of things, if this fellow is not at his desk, all imports into Delhi come to a grinding halt…

I have instructed the freight agent to begin preparing documentation to send the crate to Thailand…

I would rather write off the money I have already spent getting myself and the bike to this country, than pay some f****er a bribe to get it out of customs…!!

Way to go India…!!

Typical bribery and corruption once again, why do tourists bother to go to these nasty countries, where they are so badly treated? Then again you are in India, the capital of corruption. I agree with you; enough is enough, they can all go to hell, don’t pay them another cent. It will be their loss not yours. You would have spent money in their country as a tourist but now just get your butt out of there. Good luck and be safe.

Bribe or Bangkok….? I’ll head through the airport turnstile sideways thanks! Shame these idiots can ruin their own country’s name with such nonchalance… I’ve always heard that India is a s***hole and that Thailand is lovely. Make a run for it Buddy!

Maybe it is a blessing….I do not want to be on the road with a bike in that country.

    Bribe!
otherwise you’ll miss India, Nepal, Bhutan(?).
After leaving “the Great Gipsyland” provide us a detailed description of the event: date, location, other party (name – if known, portraiture, accent, etc.), amount, currency, other circumstances, impressions.
It is ridiculous a country where nobody keeps the basic traffic rules your expired-to-be-in-11-days intl. driver’s licence is not accepted!
Sooner or later you will leave this shitland and these fuckos remain there for a whole life. Bad for them!

It’s time to redesign your travel plan.
    Good luck, Tibor

Hold your hand up with one finger extended (I’ll leave it up to you to choose which one) and then say to the MFers “Jump, I’ll catch you”!!!
They don’t deserve the honour of your presence and cash!

I think you need to put real pressure on the freight company. They are responsible for getting your bike to you. If they cannot do it without paying a bribe, then the bribe should be for their account.

Also, shout !!! Loud !!! Get their attention at customs and shout cheat, liar, theif. They embarrass easily (because the names are true). Give them Hell. You might be surprised.
