Training MotoGypsyBiker On WordPress Blogging

Allan Karl of Worldrider fame, set this website up as a surprise for me when I visited him in Carlsbad, California in Fenruary 2009. After messing about with it for a few days, he felt that I had the hang of the thing and sent me on my way home, confident that he had a convert to the world of WordPress !

Two weeks later, I found myself in the jungles of West Africa, in a small town called Mim, close to the Ivory Coast border… Communications in Ghana are not the best, and as a result, I was very seldom able to send and receive emails, let alone upload my website ! We have all heard the age old adage that “Practice makes Perfect”…. Well, I didn’t get any practice, and by the time I got back to South Africa 8 months later, I was rather “Imperfect” when it came to WordPress and sorting out my website for the onset of my World Tour….

Over the next few weeks, Allan will be assisting me to sort out all the wrinkles on the site, and I am confident that together we will be able to put together an awesome website that you the reader will enjoy and respond positively to !!

I will be downloading various posts detailing the planning for my journey, including the upgrades I intend making on the bike.

The days are ticking by….
